Data Retention
How long we keep your data

  • Monitoring Data: Retained according to your plan (24 hours to 90 days)
  • Payment Records: Retained for 7 years for tax and accounting purposes
  • Backups: May persist in backups for up to 30 days after deletion
Children's Privacy

IsDownAlarm is not intended for users under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have inadvertently collected data from a child, please contact us immediately at admin@isdownalarm.com.
